With every telephone system we provide 30 days detailed call analysis. Every telephone call to and from your system is logged with extension name, time, duration and call cost. We provide you access to our secure server allowing you to run detailed reports on your company’s telecom overview showing your peak times, itemised extension usage, response times, missed calls, busy lines, frequent numbers and more.
