The Avaya IP Office now comes with an in-built web collaboration tool which enable any organisation to easy share and demonstrate information to both internal users and clients.

  • A user can either follow the link via the automated email or simply logon to the web portal and enter the credentials they were given.
  • Conferencing can ensure that meetings still go ahead even during events such as severe weather
  • Quicker decision making through better information sharing - regardless of location
  • The sessions can be recorded and any notes documented, all of which emailed to the host moderator.
  • Full participant control is available allowing easy mute, moderator control passing and question handling via the chat application.

The Avaya Web Collaboration suite also allows the moderator to share applications, screen views, whiteboard and messages from all connected users in a simple to use Web interface.The Avaya Web Collaboration tool can be used to showcase new products to clients and when used with the One-X client, can be scheduled to run at any time and with multiple users.
